1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Eurobet (https://eurobetarena.com), registering an account, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this platform.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Eurobet.
• You must reside in a jurisdiction where online sports betting is legal.
• Employees, officers, and relatives of Eurobet are not eligible to bet.
• You may hold only one account. Multiple accounts will be closed and winnings forfeited.

3. Account Registration & Security

You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We will never ask for your password via email or phone.

Notify us immediately at support@eurobetarena.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. Eurobet is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep login details secure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Minimum deposit: KES 100. Maximum: KES 300,000.
• Minimum withdrawal: KES 200. Maximum: KES 150,000.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same M-Pesa number used for deposit.
• We reserve the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals.
• Funds deposited must be wagered at least once before withdrawal.
• Eurobet does not accept third-party deposits.

5. Betting Rules

• Minimum single bet: KES 10. Maximum: KES 100,000.
• Maximum accumulator legs: 20.
• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement.
• In the event of an obvious error in odds (e.g. clearly wrong price), Eurobet reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake.
• Winnings from void bets are returned as stake only.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as stated on the promotion page.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
• We reserve the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers (e.g. creating multiple accounts) will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

7. Responsible Gambling

8. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:

• Match fixing or any form of collusion

• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Any form of fraud or money laundering
• Exploiting technical errors or software bugs for financial gain

9. Limitation of Liability

Eurobet is not liable for any losses or damages arising from: service interruptions, delays in bet settlement, reliance on information displayed on the platform, or third-party actions. The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or close your account at any time without notice if we suspect a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or if required by applicable law. Any pending bets at time of closure will be settled according to standard rules.

11. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Eurobet, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
