M-Pesa (Recommended) Instant
The fastest way to deposit — an M-Pesa payment prompt is sent directly to your phone.
- Click Deposit in the top navigation or go to deposit.php.
- Enter the amount you want to deposit (minimum KES 100).
- Enter your Safaricom phone number (e.g. 0712 345 678).
- Click Deposit via M-Pesa — an STK Push notification pops up on your phone.
- Enter your M-Pesa PIN on your phone and confirm.
- Your balance is credited instantly once the transaction is confirmed.
Tip: Make sure your phone has sufficient M-Pesa balance and that your number is not locked.
M-Pesa Paybill (Manual)
Prefer to pay via the M-Pesa menu yourself? Use our paybill number.
- Open M-Pesa on your Safaricom line.
- Select Lipa na M-Pesa → Pay Bill.
- Enter Business Number: 5495898
- Account Number: Your registered email or phone
- Enter the amount and your PIN, then confirm.
- Your deposit will reflect within 1–5 minutes. If it doesn't, contact support.

I didn't receive the M-Pesa prompt. What do I do?
Check that your phone number is correct and your Safaricom line is active. Wait 30 seconds and try again. If the problem persists, use the Paybill method above.
How long does a deposit take to reflect?
M-Pesa STK Push deposits reflect instantly (within seconds). Paybill deposits can take up to 5 minutes.
My money was deducted but my balance didn't update.
Wait up to 5 minutes and refresh the page. If balance still hasn't updated, contact support at support@eurobetarena.com with your transaction reference.
Can I deposit using another person's M-Pesa?
No. For security reasons, only deposits from the phone number registered on your account are accepted.
